A brass service bell on a long counter sends rings toward two open doorways, one to a drafting room and one to a workbench, each with a lamp just switched on.
Plate G-07Ring once. Someone who knows the answer comes to the counter.

What helps us answer faster

None of this is required. Rough answers are fine, and 'not sure' is a useful answer too.

  • The building type and approximate size, and the city it's in
  • Your electric utility, if you know it
  • What's installed now: brand if known, and whether the controls are wired, wireless, or just switches and time clocks
  • What's bothering you, or what you'd like to change
  • Any deadline: an incentive cutoff, an inspection, a lease date, or a renovation schedule
  • Drawings or photos, sent by email; the form doesn't accept attachments

Our response promise

Every message to sales@lytbit.com, lab@lytbit.com, or the form on this page gets a reply from a person within one business day, Monday through Friday. Not an autoresponder, and not a ticket number: someone who can answer the question or tell you exactly when they will.

If it turns out we’re not the right firm for your project, you’ll hear that too, along with what kind of firm we’d suggest.

The office

Lytbit 431 West Main Street, Suite 306 Tupelo, MS 38804

The office is also home to the Lytbit Lab, our interoperability bench. Visits are by appointment, because on most days part of the team is on a client site and the rest is at the bench. Email either address to arrange a time, and tell us if you’re bringing a device for us to look at.

Finding us

Tupelo sits where I-22 crosses U.S. 45, and the Natchez Trace Parkway runs through town, so the office is within easy reach from across North Mississippi. Our address is on West Main Street. When we confirm your appointment, we’ll send directions to the entrance, the suite, and the nearest parking.

Clients in Memphis, North Alabama, and elsewhere in Mississippi rarely need to come to us. We usually meet at your building, which is where the useful conversations happen anyway.

What happens to your message

The form asks for your name, work email, company, role, building details, and your message. A Cloudflare Worker processes the submission and checks for bots with Cloudflare Turnstile, so there’s no puzzle to solve. Submissions are stored in Cloudflare KV and emailed to our team. We keep leads for 24 months and then delete them, and we never sell your details or share them for advertising. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The privacy policy has the full detail.
