Effective date: November 2, 2026
These terms apply to your use of lytbit.com (the “site”), operated by Lytbit, 431 West Main Street, Suite 306, Tupelo, MS 38804. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The content is informational
Our pages, blog posts, guides, tools and downloads explain how lighting controls, IoT systems, energy codes and incentive programs generally work. They are written to help you ask better questions and make better decisions.
They are not engineering, legal, tax or accounting advice for a specific project. Every building is different, and a recommendation for your building depends on a survey, drawings, the code your jurisdiction has adopted, your utility’s current program rules and your own financial situation. Reading the site, using its tools or sending us a message does not create a professional or client relationship. That relationship begins only when you and Lytbit sign a written agreement for specific services, and that agreement then governs our work.
Codes, standards and incentives change
We describe energy codes, industry standards and utility programs as accurately as we can at the time of writing. Code adoption varies by state and jurisdiction, standards are revised, and incentive programs change their rules, amounts and deadlines, often yearly. Before relying on any of it for a project, confirm the current requirement with the authority having jurisdiction, the program administrator or your local power company. For tax questions, consult a tax advisor; for lease accounting questions, consult your accountant.
Estimates are illustrative
Tools such as the Savings Estimator, and any savings ranges, payback examples or incentive figures on the site, are illustrative. They rely on stated assumptions and published averages, and they show what is plausible, not what your building will achieve. Actual results depend on operating hours, occupancy, existing equipment, energy prices, installation quality, commissioning and how the building is used afterward. A project estimate from Lytbit is based on your building and given in writing.
Sample projects are representative scenarios
The sample projects on the site are representative scenarios: composites that show how we approach typical buildings. They are not case studies of specific clients or buildings, and their numbers are illustrative projections, not reported results.
Lytbit Ledger and other services
Access to Lytbit Ledger and any of our services is governed by a separate written agreement. Descriptions of the platform and services on this site summarize them; if anything here differs from your agreement, the agreement controls.
